In collaboration with Bagatelle Group<\/strong> and 7Management<\/strong>, Astir Vouliagmeni<\/strong> announces the arrival of Bagatelle Athens<\/strong>, the new gastronomic destination at Astir Marina Vouliagmeni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This project includes the hot \u00e0 la carte fine dining restaurant, chambers, preparation areas, and bars<\/strong> for the new restaurant and bar<\/strong> in the cosmopolitan Marina of Astir Vouliagmeni<\/strong>. The restaurant starts with 120 covers in winter<\/strong> and expands to 350 covers during the summer season<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For this high-standard project, Domestica<\/strong> collaborated with top manufacturers and suppliers<\/strong>. The project includes the central kitchen with dedicated pizza and grill sections<\/strong>, food preparation areas for meat, vegetables, and pastry<\/strong>, refrigeration chambers, and three bars<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the hot kitchen<\/strong>, the M1 series by Krefft by Mareno<\/strong> was chosen. Additionally, for the hot kitchen<\/strong> and the delicate, complex requirements of the pastry section<\/strong>, iCombi ovens and iVario fryers by Rational<\/strong>, the global leader in combi steamers<\/strong>, were selected. Hobart glass and dishwashers<\/strong> ensure high performance and energy, detergent, and water savings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For the bars, Manitowoc ice machines<\/strong> were selected to provide clean, clear, and solid ice<\/strong> for drinks and cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Finally, the project is completed with custom, fully ergonomic stainless steel constructions<\/strong>, designed to maximize space utilization and optimize kitchen workflow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1449,"template":"","katigories-ergon":[169],"class_list":["post-2108","ta-erga-mas","type-ta-erga-mas","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","katigories-ergon-restaurants"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
