Νew Gastronomic Destination at Astir Marina Vouliagmeni
In collaboration with Bagatelle Group and 7Management, Astir Vouliagmeni announces the arrival of Bagatelle Athens, the new gastronomic destination at Astir Marina Vouliagmeni.
This project includes the hot à la carte fine dining restaurant, chambers, preparation areas, and bars for the new restaurant and bar in the cosmopolitan Marina of Astir Vouliagmeni. The restaurant starts with 120 covers in winter and expands to 350 covers during the summer season.
For this high-standard project, Domestica collaborated with top manufacturers and suppliers. The project includes the central kitchen with dedicated pizza and grill sections, food preparation areas for meat, vegetables, and pastry, refrigeration chambers, and three bars.
For the hot kitchen, the M1 series by Krefft by Mareno was chosen. Additionally, for the hot kitchen and the delicate, complex requirements of the pastry section, iCombi ovens and iVario fryers by Rational, the global leader in combi steamers, were selected. Hobart glass and dishwashers ensure high performance and energy, detergent, and water savings.
For the bars, Manitowoc ice machines were selected to provide clean, clear, and solid ice for drinks and cocktails.
Finally, the project is completed with custom, fully ergonomic stainless steel constructions, designed to maximize space utilization and optimize kitchen workflow.
